the speed of Light

Ant theory of the universe has to address this problem as it has been shown to be correct time and time again [ incidentally , look up einstein's equation proof, it's not as  difficult as I've often read in the literature] . My theory twists it even further by saying 3x10^8 m/s isnt fixed as the time is variable  [ time flows faster the older the universe] so photons sent from a distant part of the universe when 'measured' [ ie seen by us say] the photon now has our time scale and hence a redshift as it converts...
So this is a serious requirement for this theory. If we say that the local expansion of the universe is a function of the local time flow , then it follows that the speed of light is related to that expansion. The universe cannot ? be expanding locally at the speed of light , however, for [ what I consider] obvious reasons , and thus must be related to a physical bottleneck .
The bottleneck, i'm calling 'the ether' . I know this was shown to be bunkum years ago, but I want to bring this up to date. A wave needs a medium to travel in . The Universe is a miasma of fundamentals being created /destroyed at a phenomenal, yet finite rate, which is what I'm calling the ether.
Thus the speed of light is finite in a nutshell .
At present, our [local] universe is expanding and accelerating , but is also being compressed by the anti matter around the edge of it. At the start of the universe, the compression effect would be zero , and if all else is equal, the speed of light would be greater than at present . This would allow for the initial expansion to be greater than the speed of light [ as measured now] itself at least for several 'universal ticks. A reason for 'Inflation theory ' to work ?. Another route to inflation theory, of course is that we are basing our equations on time flow at the present time . Then the universe ticks were vastly different ....
